How to

How do I translate a recorded Zoom meeting, webinar or lecture?

Download the recording from Zoom, Teams or your lecture platform (MP4 or M4A), upload it to Presentr Analyze, and choose Translate and the language. You get a translated transcript and subtitles timed to the recording, which you can add to the video or share as text.

Step by step
01
Upload the recording
MP4, M4A, MOV and most other video and audio files, up to 10 GB.
02
Choose Translate (or Dub) and the language
61 languages for subtitles, 48 for a dub.
03
Share the result
Download the translated transcript, SRT/VTT subtitles, or a dub: an MP4 for a video recording, an MP3 for audio.
What it costs

2 credits a minute: 1 to transcribe and 1 to translate, the translation charged only when it is delivered. A dub adds 2 credits a minute (up to 60 minutes).

Good to know
  • Speakers are not separated in a dub; one voice reads every line.
  • Translated teaching material can need adapting: examples and terms that only work in the original language are worth checking.
FAQ
Can it flag parts of a lesson that will not translate well?

Yes. For lessons, Analyze can flag taught terms and memory tricks that only work in the original language, so you can adapt them.
