What is a processing credit?
One credit equals one minute of base transcription. Feature add-ons consume additional credits per minute — ad marker detection adds 0.5 credits/min, chaptering adds 0.25, and translation adds 1.0. Premium export bundles are a fixed credit cost per run.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Starter and Team plans, additional processing continues at the overage rate for your plan. On the Free plan, processing is paused until the next billing period. Enterprise plans have negotiated overage terms.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Overage credits are billed on the cycle they are used.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing saves approximately 20% across all paid plans. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
