How do I translate a scanned document or letter?

Upload the scan, PDF or photo to Presentr Analyze with Extract text, tick "Also translate the text" and choose the language. You get the original text (TXT or DOCX) and the translation (TXT).

What it costs

2 credits per PDF page or 1 per image (very large scans can take one more), plus 1 credit per page or image for the translation, charged only when it is delivered.

Good to know
  • Plain text in reading order, not a copy of the layout.
  • A machine translation, not a certified one: do not use it where an official translation is required.

Yes, clear handwriting works. Check names, dates and numbers against the original.
