Documents

From a pile of documents
to something you can submit.

Scans, phone photos and PDFs become clean, searchable text you can copy, translate and fill forms from. Next, we're testing one step further: the whole submission, assembled into a single PDF.

Works today

Every page as text you can use

1
Upload a scan, photo or PDF
PDFs up to 200 pages and 25 MB, or a JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP image. Tilted photos, multi-column pages and clear handwriting are read in order.
2
Get the text back
As plain text, an editable Word document and structured JSON, ready to search, copy and paste into a form.
3
Check what matters
Pages it is unsure about are flagged in a review copy, so you know which to check against the original.
4
Translate if you need to
Into one of 61 languages, from the same upload.

Submission packs: one PDF, ready to send

Most of the time in a submission goes on the steps after reading the documents: copying details into the form, putting everything in order and checking nothing is missing. We're testing a way to do those together.

  • Upload the pile: scans, photos and PDFs, plus the form or checklist you have to meet.
  • Get one PDF back, in the checklist's order, with a cover page, a contents page, page numbers and bookmarks.
  • The form's fields filled in from your documents, for you to check.
  • A list of anything that looks missing before you send it.

It isn't built yet. What you tell us below decides what we build first.

FAQ

Questions

Can I use it today?

Extracting and translating the text of your documents works today, on the website and through ChatGPT and Claude. Submission packs are being tested and aren't available yet.

What will submission packs cost?

We haven't set a price. Text extraction today uses credits per page or image, and a new account starts with a few free credits.

Where are my documents processed?

In Presentr Analyze's private storage, and by the AI providers that read the pages (Anthropic and OpenAI), whose API terms say they don't train on API data by default. Once processing and any dubbing have finished, you can delete the job and its files from your account.

Will it fill in official forms?

That's part of what we're testing: filling the fields of a form from your documents, for you to review before you send it. Tell us which forms you deal with.

Is it suitable for medical records?

Not for now. We're starting with documents that aren't health records.
